Diana-2 will take part in German Grand Prix in Hahnweide, almost a year after her victorious appearance in 1^st World Gliding Grand Prix in Saint Auban, France. Diana-2 will be flown by Georg Theisinger. The competition starts on August 19, 2006. We wish them good luck and the best weather.

"...bravo, bravo, bravo for BB" wrote one of 2006 WGC spectators on competition web page. There is nothing more we can add. Our dreams came true; once again Diana-2 and Janusz Centka took a stand on a podium, this time taking the top spot in World Gliding Champion 2006 held in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Watching life broadcast of the competition through “Silent Wings” system, we could see Janusz and Diana sprint in the last task to defeat György Gulyás, their Hungarian rival still holding the first place. What a thrill. We salute both pilots for amazing spectacle they gave us.

Diana-2 flown by Sebastian Kawa took the victory in 1^st FAI Soaring Grand Prix held in Saint Aubain, France in 2005. Sebastian final glides flown at higher speeds and below the glide slope of his competitors proved Diana’s superior performance. His affectionate stories were immense pleasure to listen, especially the one when Sebastian lost 5 minutes reporting wreck of a glider he spotted crashed on the side of the mountain in the first task. Needless to say, this incident did not stop the Champion from winning the day. We applaud your fair play attitude Sebastian, and feel delighted to contribute to your success.
